The first day of school is Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
Additional information regarding staggered drop-off & pick-up times, and other pertinent details especially related to our on-going COVID safety measures, will be relayed by Mr. Galligan, our Principal, prior to the start of the year. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this is an evolving situation with regards to CDC and RI Department of Health mandates, and the district is carefully reviewing and responding to needs accordingly. Confirmed information may not be available until the final full-week of August.

On your district-issued device, go to WPS Bookmarks and click on “Clever”
Click on the “IReady” Icon
Click on Reading or Math under “choose a subject”

Important Information and Dates to note:
1.) Please label all of your student’s supplies and belongings with their name.
2.) The first day of classes is Wednesday, September 1st. There is no school on the following Monday, September 6th (Labor Day) Or Tuesday, September 7th (Rosh Hashanah). Classes resume on Wednesday, September 8th.
3.) The time and date of our Fall Open House, held in mid/late-September, will be relayed the first week of school. This is a great evening to meet your child(ren)’s teacher(s), related staff, and our new principal. Attendees will also have a chance to connect with other parents/guardians and learn more about the year ahead.
4.) The school office re-opens and resumes regular hours on Wednesday, August 18th at 8AM. Until then, parents may reach out to our new Principal, Mr. Galligan, via email here.
