Pumpkin Palooza

Warwick Neck Families are invited to join us on Friday, October 13th (rescheduled from Sept. 29th due to rain) from 5-7 PM out in back of our school (the side facing Rocky Point Avenue) for fun family events as we hold our "Pumpkin Palooza" (also known as our annual Harvest Fest). Food trucks, competitions, and activities will be available for all to enjoy.

If parents/guardians are interested in volunteering to help at any point during the evening – especially with set-up, break-down, or overseeing activities, please email the event’s coordinator, Jessica Beaupre, here. [Please note: If you volunteer, there must be another designated adult that remains with your children for safety (more on that below) and all volunteers must be BCI-checked and cleared in advance].

For safety, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the event – and parents/guardians in attendance are responsible for their children’s actions.  The school, faculty/staff attendees, and the PTA event coordinators do not take responsibility for supervision of children for this evening's program. Thank for your help with ensuring our kids have fun -- and most importantly - remain safe, too.

Find the official event flyer here, or consult the complete events calendar for the 2023-2024 here.
