Warwick Neck students not only met - but exceeded - Reading and Math goals this year thanks to the hard work of teachers and kids. Overall, students grew an amazing 33% in Reading and 39% in Mathematics. As part of his promise to the kids - if they met a certain number of instructional minutes practiced on the iReady Math and Reading platform - Mr. Galligan, the Principal, would go into the dunk tank (among many other incentives along the way).
Congratulations not only to Warwick Neck Elementary, but schools district-wide as noteworthy growth was reported across the board! See the recent Warwick Beacon article here that provides additional coverage on the city's post-pandemic recovery in schools.
